Getting Ready for Class

What to bring

Comfortable activewear, towel and Grip sock.
Grip socks are required for all Reformer classes and can be purchased in-studio if you don’t have a pair.

Stay hydrated!

Bring your water bottle — we’ve got refill stations available in the studio to keep you cool and refreshed throughout class.

Injuries?

Please let your instructor know before class starts so we can support you with any modifications you may need. Your safety and comfort come first.

Parking

Free undercover parking is available on Level 1, directly below Anytime Fitness.
Just follow the signs when you arrive — and give yourself 10 minutes before class to get settled.
