REFORMER CLASSES
  • BARRE

    Barre classes combine elements of Pilates, yoga, and ballet to create a low-impact, full-body workout. These classes focus on improving strength, flexibility, posture, and balance through small, controlled movements and isometric holds, set to energizing music. Perfect for all fitness levels!
  • MAT PILATES

    This is where you learn the fundamentals and 6 principles of Pilates, which include breath, concentration, control, centering, flow, alignment and whole body health. Through this you will develop body awareness, increase strength, flexibility, core stability and correct posture. Great starting point for beginners to Master essential movements to build a strong base before transitioning to the Reformer.
    May include small props such as Pilates ball, TheraBand's, magic ring and small hand weights. Beginners to advanced.
  • YOGA

    Yoga classes promote flexibility, strength, and relaxation through a series of guided poses and mindful breathing techniques. Perfect for reducing stress and improving overall physical and mental well-being, suitable for all fitness levels.
  • TRX

    TRX classes use suspension training to deliver a full-body workout that builds strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability. Using your body weight and gravity, TRX is adaptable for all fitness levels, providing a challenging and effective workout.
  • FITBALL

    Fitball Barre classes incorporate the use of a stability ball to enhance traditional barre movements, focusing on balance, core strength, and controlled muscle engagement. This low-impact workout helps improve posture, flexibility, and overall body tone, making it suitable for all fitness levels.
  • STICK

    Pilates Stick classes combine the principles of traditional Pilates with the use of a resistance stick to enhance strength, flexibility, and core stability. This dynamic workout targets the whole body, offering a fun and effective way to improve posture and tone muscles. Perfect for all fitness levels!
  • REFORMER FUNDAMENTALS

    These classes are designed to teach correct use of the reformer, correct techniques and correct breathing patterns. You will work through Classical reformer exercises that will help set you up for harder sessions.
  • REFORMER

    Using the Pilates Reformer, these small group classes give you an intense and dynamic Pilates workout, adding resistance with the use of springs. With a variety of exercises, this class is ideal for toning muscles, increasing stability through the joints, improving posture and flexibility, and providing a full body workout. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
  • REFORMER FIT

    A class designed to challenge you, with more advanced exercises and flows. Can include jump board or a cardio component to build endurance,
    inversion work or full body integration that challenges the body and the mind. Great for intermediate and advanced participants who want to push themselves further.
