Comfortable activewear, towel and Grip sock. Grip socks are required for all Reformer classes and can be purchased in-studio if you don’t have a pair.

Parking
Free undercover parking is available on Level 1, directly below Anytime Fitness. Just follow the signs when you arrive — and give yourself 10 minutes before class to get settled.
