Welcome to pureform Studio! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our services, whether booking classes online, purchasing memberships, or attending classes in-studio. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with these terms.
General Terms
By using our website, booking services, or attending classes at pureform Studio, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Any updates will be reflected on this page, and it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
Apparel Discount and Referral Awards (Mixed Classes Direct Debit Members):
- Apparel Discount: All members are eligible for a 20% discount on apparel purchased at the studio.
- Referral Awards: If a current member refers a new member who signs up for a direct debit membership, the referring member will receive 50% off their membership for one month.
Class Bookings and Cancellations
- Booking Classes: All class bookings can be made through our website, mobile app, or in person at the studio.
- Cancellation Policy: We have a 12-hour cancellation window for all class bookings. If you need to cancel or reschedule a class, please do so at least 12 hours in advance to avoid any late cancellation fees or loss of class credits.
- No-Show Policy: If you fail to cancel and do not attend a booked class, the session will be deducted from your class pack or membership.
Memberships and Class Packs
- Purchases: Memberships and class packs can be purchased on our website or in-studio.
- Expiration: Class packs are valid for a specified period (e.g., 1 or 3 months) from the date of purchase. Unused sessions cannot be refunded or rolled over after the expiration date.
- Direct Debit Membership Holds: Memberships may be placed on hold for a minimum of 1 week and a maximum of 4 weeks, provided that we are notified in advance. Members are allowed to place their membership on hold up to 2 times per calendar year. Additional holds may be considered on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.
- Refunds: Refunds on memberships or class packs are only offered in cases of medical necessity, supported by documentation from a healthcare professional.
Payment Terms
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and other online payment platforms as indicated at checkout.
- Auto-Renewal: If you are on a membership plan, it may auto-renew at the end of the membership term. You will be notified of upcoming renewals and can cancel anytime before the renewal date by contacting us or through your online account.
Health and Safety
- Health Declaration: By attending classes, you confirm that you are in good health and have no medical conditions that would prevent you from safely participating in Pilates classes. If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns, please consult with a healthcare professional before attending classes.
- Studio Etiquette: For the safety and comfort of all clients, we ask that you arrive on time for classes, wear appropriate attire, and respect the studio’s hygiene rules. Equipment must be cleaned after use, and personal belongings should be kept in designated areas.
Liability Waiver
You acknowledge that Pilates and other fitness activities carry inherent risks. By participating in our classes, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with physical exercise, including the risk of injury, and release pureform Studio, its instructors, and staff from any liability related to your participation.
pureform Studio is not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged on the studio premises.
Website Use
- Content: All content on our website, including text, images, and videos, is owned by pureform Studio. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the website without our permission.
- Booking Platform: We utilize a third-party booking system to manage class bookings and memberships. While we strive to ensure the accuracy of information provided through the platform, we are not responsible for any errors or technical issues.
Promotions and Special Offers
From time to time, pureform Studio may offer promotions, discounts, or special deals. These offers are subject to the specific terms outlined at the time of the promotion and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
Termination of Services
pureform Studio reserves the right to terminate or suspend your membership or access to services if you fail to comply with these terms or engage in behavior that is disruptive, inappropriate, or harmful to the studio environment or other clients.
Personal Information and Privacy

Governing Law
